Miss Jane
Principal
Jane is a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She has been dancing since the age of 2 and graduated from Bird College in 1995 gaining her I.S.T.D. teaching qualifications. Jane worked as a professional dancer around the world before turning to teaching. She has been teaching successfully for over 20 years and teaches all levels of dance, with ex pupils going on to be professional dancers, with successful careers from West End Musicals to Ballet Companies. Jane has been entering children for dance exams for many years with a 100% pass rate. Since opening En Pointe in 2012, Jane has produced a number of shows, which are held at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford and has also built a very strong elite team which compete for her at competitions all over the country. Jane's love for dancing reflects in her teaching, resulting in very happy and hard working pupils.
Jane is very proud of her hard-working, committed and passionate team of teachers and is lucky to have 3 of her ex-pupils as part of the En Pointe family.
Miss Grace
Grace has been dancing since the age of 2 and graduated from Reynolds Performing Arts College, gaining a Level 4 Extended Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre. Grace is a fully qualified PT with a broad knowledge of fitness and nutrition. She has been teaching dance for10+ years and has taught on cruise ships, travelling around Asia. Grace competed in dance competitions around the country, performed in shows and starred in the hit West End Musical, Billy Elliot. Grace teaches a variety of styles of dance and body conditioning, hoping to pass on her knowledge and passion for performing.

Miss Florence
Florence specialises in performance and technique within dance, alongside character and performance development. Florence was a company member of the Miskin Theatre, training in dance and The English Youth Ballet before continuing on to graduate from Bird College in 2013. She has had ensemble roles in pantomime productions and is a Dance Captain and Assistant Choreographer for the Dartford Amateur Operatic Dramatics Company as well as working regularly as a supporting artist, stand in and double for the BBC and Disney. Florence is passionate about teaching and Musical Theatre. She encourages confidence and discipline, as well as nurturing talent and inspiring young creative minds to be able to progress in a future in the world of stage and screen.


Miss Charlotte
Charlotte graduated from Bird College with a Musical Theatre degree. She also trained at Tring Park, where she found her love for Musical Theatre, but has a huge passion for all forms of performing. Her dance training started at the age of 6 and has danced with National Youth Ballet, as well as joining the cast of Billy Elliot the Musical as a ballet girl at age 10. Other credits include Disney Channel adverts, Britian's Got Talent ITV.

Miss Lizzie
Lizzie began to dance at the age of 5, competing in dance competitions all over the country, as well as representing London in the Gymnastics National Finals. Having been taught by Miss Jane, Lizzie went on to graduate from Laine Theatre Arts with a National Diploma in Dance. Lizzie has worked consistently for Celebrity Cruises, travelling the world, as a dance captain and cast member. Lizzie also has found a passion for teaching and aims to inspire students to find their love for dance as she has.
Mr Jack
Jack started acting and dancing from the age of 5. He trained in Acting and Musical Theatre at Bird College, London and then went on to RADA, where he focussed on Shakespeare and teacher training. Jack has appeared in many theatre productions including Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' and 'King Lear' as well as the UK tour of 'Snow Queen'. He has also starred in TV and Film, 'The life of Chester Carlson' and Warner Brothers Studios 'The Legend of Tarzan' to name a few. Jack was also lucky enough to have received a nomination for the Great British Panto Awards for Best Male Villain. Jack teaches an intro to acting, suitable for ages 5+, LAMDA acting, suitable for ages 7+ and RADA, suitable for ages 12+

Miss Nina
Nina was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At the age of six, she was introduced to ballet at the Grupo Cultural de Dança – Ilha, and fell in love. Whilst ballet was her passion, she also took lessons in Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop. During her ten years at the GCDI, Miss Nina was chosen to perform in every show and frequently represented them at national and international festivals and competitions with huge successes. Miss Nina’s professional dance career began in Curitiba, Brazil, in 2007 at the Balé Teatro Guaíra, where she performed various classical and contemporary pieces such as The Nutcracker and Treze Gestos de um Corpo by Olga Roriz. Since moving to the UK, Nina has been fortunate to work as ballet tutor at a number of acclaimed various dance schools and studios and is also a member of the ISTD, holding a DDI qualification in Cecchetti Classical Ballet.
